Presence over Perfection

I want every photo to tell your story. My top priority when photographing you is to capture the people, places + things that you love. I value capturing that essence over everything else; 

I will NEVER interrupt a moment to make you 'fake it again for the pic'. I want to capture all of your details and beauty, but I always want to do it in a way that gives you the freedom and space to let these beautiful moments happen organically.

How do we make sure you have the photos of your dreams without feeling like we’re performing the whole time?

Some people would have you believe that if you want beautiful wedding photos your day has to be full of posed photos and an extensive ‘shot list’. I’m here to tell you that is absolutely not true!

My approach is all about creating space for real moments to happen organically, and letting the day unfold how you want. From the moment we sit down together to discuss your day & photos the first time, how you feel & what you want is the #1 priority. 

I’ve been in the industry since 2015, and in that time I’ve learned how to ask thoughtful questions & anticipate important moments. I’m here to help advise you when you ask for it, cheer you on, and just be there celebrating this amazing time in your lives with you. 

My favorite advice I've ever heard: "On your wedding day, you transition from hosts to guests of honor. Be a guest at your own wedding!"
